- If the Asset was killing CIA operatives in 1999, does he predate Jason as the first member of Treadstone, even though Jason was said to be the first? He's clearly part of the Treadstone —> Blackbriar carry over.
- The CIA mostly certainly had assassins and programs before Treadstone. What made Treadstone special was the breakdown and enhancements of its agents. We also saw more programs in Legacy that dealt more with physical conditioning. So he's likely more whatever program they had prior and then sent through the others.
- When Dewey was about to kill Bourne near the end, why did Lee interfere? The scenario we get afterwards because of her actions (Bourne free, he knows what she did and may or may not return) seems a lot riskier for her than the scenario she'd get had she not interfered (Bourne dead, and basically Status Quo but she may well continue going up the hierarchy given her skills). It seems like a huge gamble to make.
