Really minor by comparison but on two occasions, Sieg made an attempt to get CM/MB thread
happenings to be put on the newsletter, the second one happening after already being told that trope report doesn't really deal with news like that. In isolation it was not a serious problem, but it does reflect how seriously they take the events on these threads.

To add on to that, there was a recent issue where we found that one poster plagiarized for a proposal. Sieg immediately and repeatedly demanded that all their prior approved entries be cut, which several other users felt was too extreme (or at least too hasty) a response when we hadn't yet determined if this was a recurring problem.
This is a slightly pettier complaint, but when I was drafting the MB page for Ninjago, Sieg also took the description I had prepared in my sandbox and added it in without consensus. I didn't raise too much of a fuss about it at the time, but it still rubbed me the wrong way.
Echoing we could ping them but I don’t think it will do a lot. The issue remains we’ve got years now of too much intensity and a want to control from them.
On the Overshadowed by Controversy cleanup thread Sieg suggested adding the entire country of Cambodia, which I think is concerning
^ That's one of the tropes that I feel should have its Real Life section strictly regulated. And I'm pretty sure that suggestion runs terribly afoul of Complaining About Shows You Don't Like anyway.

^ His troper page describes himself as "unofficial co-curator" of those threads, so I'm wondering if the title was approved by anybody else?
It’s not like it’s an elected position - it’s just whoever has the time and says they’re willing to use it. It has no actual power, which is why it’s concerning that after his “promotion” he has started acting like it does.
What happened is that I volunteered to be curator and asked if anyone wanted to be co-curator. He said yes.
The thing is that we have no real power. We just request swaps.

I'd like to report Siegfried 1337 for a combination of off-topic posting and rudeness in the CM and MB threads. This is a pattern of behavior that goes back years, but has escalated in recent times. Just to show how far back this goes (and this is just what I can find by searching "Complete Monster/Magnificent Bastard Sieg" in the search bar):
I know he's been thumped every once in a while but I know I've hollered some of this and nothing happened, which makes me uncertain of the pattern has really been seen. Like I said, it goes back years, so I don't really know what else to do but take it here and see if this warrants anything.
