- Author's Saving Throw: The implication that Rorona would be better off stuck as a barely-coherent kid with scrambled memories than being a woman in her thirties led to so much backlash that Plus added a heavily-advertised new ending "in response to fan demand in order to make it a highly satisfying and properly resolved story" depicting everyone working together to get her back to normal. On top of the ending being titled "About Time" ("I've Kept You Waiting" in Japanese) and given Golden Ending treatment via gameplay mechanics, Gust went as far as retroactively patching the ending back into the Japanese PS3 version as well in response to fan pressure (something that never happened with any other Updated Re-release content) while outright calling it the true ending. DX adds two events that confirm it to be the canon ending, since they go out of their way to make sure you know Rorona is an adult right now.
