When Azure straight up criticized one of his games, Wario saw that violence was always the option and that peace was never the option for him and hurt her so badly that she was unable to move or do anything. She was later fired from being Wario's kouhai by Wario himself, because he thinks Azure hates him. Azure still despises Wario for this very moment alone, and regrets being Wario's student, to this very day.

• Unexplained Recovery: THE END somehow recovered from being defeated by Sonic.

Mario

• Adaptational Jerkass: ZigZagged. Sometimes, he is still heroic and tends to help people when there's trouble. However, he is VERY bossy and is also prone to snapping. Adding on to the latter is that he wants Paula to be his best student, otherwise he'll fire her and replace her with someone else.
• Composite Character: His personality here is a combination of his canon counterpart's heroic heart and Benson's bossiness and tendency to lose his temper.
• Dark and Troubled Past: Mario used to be like his canon self, until he hosted a party for Mario Day, which went horribly wrong, in no thanks to SMG4 losing his sanity. He was later yelled at by Kyoko, for letting everyone down, without giving him a chance to defend himself. This caused him to be more serious when he takes on the task of taking care of Paula.
• Moral Event Horizon: He crosses it quite a lot during the Great War of Gamer Luna.
  • When Patrick mentions that stars are dumb, Mario comes in with his fists clenched and attempts to kill him. This leads to Paula and Mario having an intense tug of war battle for the lives of SpongeBob and Patrick.
  • When SMG4 bursts out of his room furious, Mario is somehow not scared of him, and then he proceeds to try and command SMG4 to kill Paula and Azure, much to Luigi and Oggy's horror. Unfortunately for him, SMG4 doesn't kill the OCs, and later Mario gets yelled at by SMG4, which causes him to once again lose his respect for him.
  • This then leads to Mario tearing into Paula, then later resorting to violence, hurting poor Paula so horribly that she cries for him to stop.
  • After getting yelled at by SMG4 one too many times, he fires Paula, and replaces her with someone else. Little does he know, that even her replacement was not exactly perfect, leading him to rehire Paula, but Paula knew that the damage was already done.
• Trauma Button: The Great Mario Day Accident gives him a lot of grief and despair.
