Richard Travis Hall (June 10, 1954) is an American comedian, writer, documentarian, and musician beset known for Not Necessarily the News (1982-1990), Arthur Christmas (2011), and Otis Lee Crenshaw Live (2001).
He is married to Karen Hall and they have two children.
