James Barrie Sikking (born March 5, 1934 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor best known for his roles in Outland, Hill Street Blues, and Doogie Howser, M.D..
Sikking was previously married to Mary Roanne Blakeman and has long been married to Florine Helen Caplan. He has two children with Caplan, including actor Andrew Sikking.
