Diane Langton, (31 May 1947), is a British actress best known for playing Nana McQueen on Hollyoaks.
She began her career as a dancer, which helped her get into the theatre and singing. Her long stage career began in 1968, when she appeared in Hair. Other notable stage roles were Angel in The Rink in 1987 and Grandma in Billy Elliot in 2010.
She has made many TV appearances during her career. One of her earliest big roles was playing Kathy Roberts in The Rag Trade. Since then, she has appeared in several other programs, from Only Fools and Horses to EastEnders.
Langton also appeared in many Awful British Sex Comedies in The '70s, most notably filling in for an absent Barbara Windsor in the role of Private Alice Easy in Carry On England.
She was cast as Nana McQueen in Hollyoaks in 2007 and outside of a break from 2010-11, she still plays her to this day.
