If you compare both of them, you can notice that this young lady looks ''really'' similar to Tiana, while her son looks like how Tiana's dad James probably looked in his childhood. And given that ending of the movie is implied to take place in 1946, it's possible that Tiana and Naveen had a daughter who by the time of ending of ''The Brave Locomotive'' was old enough to have a family of her own.
