In a lab, Evil Kiva works on creating special clones of Evil Coop, that have the ability to regenerate any damage the receive, including mortal damage. This also applies to the mechs as well. Evil Kiva reports her progress to Evil Coop. Evil Coop is delighted that his plan is going smoothy and that they can soon leave. Evil Kiva suggests that they stay to use this dimension as a base of operations. She then says they can launch a retaliatory strike on the rebel forces. Evil Coop states that he has no need to return to his dimension, as there are already several measures in place to prevent the rebels from enjoying victory.

It is revealed here through a flashback, and the Jenna of his dimension fought against Evil Coop, but was killed. This is back when the Jamie of his dimension was still a skinny coward.

In the pocket dimension that Evil Coop & Evil Kiva were sent to, they were able to establish control and enslave the lurps/elves residing there. They used the lurps as slave labor to construct a new dimensional gate & fortress.

At good Coop's dimension, Coop, Jamie, and Kiva are getting ready to watch a wrestling event on Pay-Per-View. Kiva argues that wrestling is fake with Coop & Jamie. They defend wrestling by saying that it is real. Kiva agreed to let them watch their show, but afterwards, they would have to do some training.
Evil Coop, Evil Kiva, and an army of mechs arrive in Coop's dimension. Kiva has one of the Evil Coop clones go and send a message to Coop. Back at Coop's house, they are getting ready to watch the main event. As the Zaku mech that The Evil Coop clone was piloting approaches Coop's house, it knocks out some wires. Back at Coop's house, the cable goes out. Coop and Jamie are frantically trying to fix it.
Suddenly, Coop's house gets ripped off of its foundation. The mech looks at the Megas crew. It opens up to reveal Evil Coop. He comes out and taunts Coop. Coop is surprised that he has returned. Jamie asks why who this other Coop is. Kiva goes to fight the Evil Coop clone, but he gets the upper hand. He taunts the good Kiva. He then throws Kiva onto the driveway. Kiva tries to fight again, but the Evil Coop clone manages to grab her. Before he can do anything, he gets ran over by Coop & Jamie.
The Evil Coop clone gets back up and shows his body is badly damaged. However it repairs itself. The Evil Coop Clone sends his message to Coop. Meet him at the Jersey City High School where they will settle the score once and for all.

Megas appears and confronts Evil Coop in Negas, his version of Megas. Evil Coop gloats about his plan to destroy this dimension with his invincible army. He then shows a demonstration as he destroys one of his own mechs. It then repairs itself. Evil Coop then tells Coop how to stop his army. By cracking his chestplate, it contains the control source for the nanites that repair both the Coop clones, and the Zaku Mechs.
Evil Coop's army then fires upon Megas. After a bit, it reveals that Megas dug a hole underground. It them resurfaces and punches Negas. Megas then encounters Evil Coop's army. After a montage of Megas pummelling Evil Coop's army, it shows that all of the mechs it destroyed have been repaired and are ready to fight once more. Evil Coop taunts Coop about this.
Coop then suggests that they get Jenna for extra help. Evil Coop gleefully reveals to Coop that he killed her in his dimension. This sends Coop into a rage and tries to attack Evil Coop, only for Evil Kiva to get in the way. Evil Kiva then asks if she can take out Coop. Evil Coop allows her to fight.
Both Megas & Evil Kiva's robot fight. During the battle, Evil Kiva taunts Coop about how they killed Alternate Reality Jenna. Evil Kiva then mocks Coop by saying he is unworthy of Megas. Regular Kiva tells Coop not to listen to her and that he has earned the right to use Megas. With encouragement from both Jamie and Kiva. Megas is able to destroy Evil Kiva's robot.
Evil Coop has his army engage Megas again. Coop taunts Evil Coop by calling him a chicken. Evil Coop just has his army handle Coop. His army manages to hold Megas. Evil Coop first plans to destroy Megas, but backs off. He wants Coop to suffer further. He orders 2 of his solders to bring Jenna to him alive so he can kill the Jenna of this dimension in front of Coop. He then sends Coop a video feed of Alternate Jenna's last moments before she was struck down. This gives Coop the strength he needs for Megas to push through. Jamie and Kiva give Coop more encouragement. Megas manages to grab Negas and give it a bear hug. This causes an electrical surge on the chest plate, destroying the nanites and turning all of Evil Coop's army into grey goop.
Megas and Negas battle. However, Evil Coop decides to leave, but not before sending a powerful bomb into Coop's dimension. Coop manages to save the Earth by sending the bomb somewhere else.
Jamie and Kiva watch an encore presentation of the wrestling event. Coop calls Jenna to make sure she is alright. He then goes over to check up on her. Kiva and Jamie comment about the situation.
The end credits reveal that Coop send the bomb back into Evil Coop's pocket dimension, which then goes off.
