Where and when to add?

Under Characters.My Little Pony Generation 5, there are these entries I have questions about:

Missing Mom: Sunny's mother and why she's absent were just revealed. Should MM go under Sunny's folder or her mothers, or both?
What Happened to the Mouse?: Despite Comet joining the main characters by the end of Season 1, he's been completely absent/unmentioned in Season 2, but it's just 1/3 a year and 1/5 of the planned content into the Season. How long does it take for WHTTM (or Chuck Cunningham Syndrome) to quality? End of Season?
