- Never Live It Down: In 2016, Guevara appeared on the Whole F'n Show wrestling podcast where he discussed his tryouts for WWE and made a comment about wanting to rape Sasha Banks during the episode. Needless to say, once he started appearing regularly on AEW, the episode was dug out and promptly used to call for his firing. Although Sammy and Banks/Mercedes Moné allegedly managed to settle the issue, the comment is still frequently used by his detractors.
