He's the main antagonist of Return of the One-Armed Swordsman. He's the leader of the Eight Kings.
- An Arm and a Leg: Kang beats him by cutting off his right arm.
- Big Bad: He's the main antagonist of the second film.
- Hooks and Crooks: His sword rounds out to a hook shape.

- Retractable Weapon: He has an extendable sword which he hides under his sleeve.
Hercules King Jiao Feng
Played By: Ku Feng
The strength of the Eight Kings.
- Arrow Catch: Feng is fast enough to knock away the students' arrows aimed at him.
- Disc-One Final Boss: He's one of the two last opponents of Eight Kings alongside Song Wen until the protagonists believe they've won before the leader of the Eight Kings, Ling Xu.
- The Brute: He uses a BFS and simple, brute strength.
- Meaningful Name: Named after the demigod Hercules, who was known for his Super-Strength.
- One-Man Army: Single-handedly drives back the sword students invading his fortress until they surround and restrain him with a net before hacking him to death. Even then, he manages to break out and kill several more before dying.
Ape's Arms King Yuan Qian
Played By: Lau Kar-Leung
A member with a hook and chain weapon.
- Chain Pain: Qian uses the chain parts of the chain hook to tie up his enemies or their weapons.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Kang uses Qian's chain as a pulley, leaving Qian helpless in the air and vulnerable for a follow-up attack.
- Hooks and Crooks: He kills his opponents by stabbing them with the hook end of his chain hook.
Spinning Wheels King Song Wen

Flying Fighter King Deng Fei
Played By: Yuen Cheung-Yan
The acrobat of the organization.
- Flight: He can stay in the air for quite some time, but again, it's not exclusive to him because every martial artist can do the same.
- Fragile Speedster: Subverted. While agile, he and his men are good at soaking up damage and thus die by overkill. In particular, one soldier shrugged some of the students' metal stars and continued to fight, only dying when struck by strong sword slash.
- In a Single Bound: He can jump great heights to take enemies by surprise. Downplayed in that every martial artist in the setting can do the same, just not as well as he and his followers do.
Hell's Buddha King Shi Fu
Played By: Lau Kar-Wing
The antithesis of Deng Fei, Shi Fu relies on surprising his opponents from beneath the earth.
- Hidden in Plain Sight: His soldiers disguise themselves as bushes for camouflage.
- Logical Weakness: Since his attacks all stem from the underground, staying in the air or high places renders his sneak attacks mostly worthless.
- Tunnel King: This is main approach to attacking as it allows him to easily ambush his enemies.
Poisonous Dragon King Duan Shu
Played By: Tung Li
The lone wolf of the squad.
- I Work Alone: He fights the protagonists alone without any help.
- Mix-and-Match Weapon: Like a gun, his sword can fire bullets at his enemies.
- Slashed Throat: This is how he dies at Kang's hands.
- Smoke Out: His sword can spray fog, but Duan also carries some smoke bombs for extra versatility.
Thousand Hands King Hua Niangzi
Played By: Essie Lin Chia
The sole female member of the Eight Kings, she relies on her beauty to act as a Femme Fatale.
- Faux Action Girl: Aside from throwing knives, She relies more on seduction and back-stabbing rather than any actual fighting skill and is quickly dispatched after the protagonists catch on to her tricks.
- Hidden Weapons: She keeps many knives under her dress.
- The Smurfette Principle: The only woman of the Eight Kings.
Guan Heng and Guan Shun
Played By: Fong Yau (Black Swordsman Guan Heng) and Wu Ma (White Swordsman Guan Shun)
As low-ranked soldiers, the Black and White swordsmen act as the messengers of the Eight Kings.
- Light Is Not Good: Zigzagged in that they are both evil but only one of them, Guan Shun wears white.
- Starter Villain: They are the first two opponents that encounter Fang Kang, who "invite" other sword disciples to the Eight Sword Kings' tournament and kill whoever refuses, are easily curb-stomped twice by Fang Kang.
- Those Two Guys: They are never seen without the another.
