Mayu's First Sleepover is the 14th episode of Wonderful Pretty Cure!.

When Yuki is not feeling well, Mayu takes her to Friendly. Under Iroha's suggestion, Mayu spends the night to watch over Yuki, during which Komugi senses a Garugaru appearing.

Tropes:

• Awkward First Sleepover: Downplayed; in the actual sleepover, Mayu has no problems aside from her initial nervousness, but it does get somewhat awkward when a Garugaru appears and Iroha and Komugi need to leave to deal with it, which causes them to have an argument that reveals almost everything, Mayu following them and finding out everything else.
• Cock-a-Doodle Dawn: The Garugaru of this week is a rooster that hatched in dawn and wakes up everyone in Animal Town with its crowing.
• Death Glare: Yuki gives these to Iroha and Komugi due to their inability to keep the Garugaru and Precures a secret, which leads to Mayu getting involved with everything.
• Deus Exit Machina: Mayu's usual Mysterious Protector, Nyammy, does not appear due to Yuki being locked up inside her cat carrier with no way out.
• Eye Catch: A new one debuts with Iroha and Mey Mey watching the Kirarin Animals having fun through the Kiraniko Trunk only to be surprised by seeing that Komugi is in Niko Garden. Dog Komugi then runs to them and gives Iroha a hug as a human with the Kirarin Animals surrounding them and Mey Mey holding the trunk.
• Glass-Shattering Sound: The rooster Garugaru's Super-Scream is strong enough to break windows and cause discomfort to Wonderful due to her superior hearing.
• Hoist by Their Own Petard: Friendy and Wonderful reflect the Rooster Garugaru's sonic attack back at it leaving it immobilized for their Friend Liberale.
• I Never Said It Was Poison: During Iroha's argument with Komugi, she uses a variant of this when she tells off Komugi, in Mayu and Yuki's earshot, for telling them about how they're Pretty Cure... for Iroha to abruptly realize Komugi didn't... but she just did.
• Internal Reveal: Mayu learns that human and dog Komugi are the same person, along with that she and Iroha are Cures. Satoru explains the entire situation so far to her, fully bringing her into the loop.
• Oh, Crap!: Yuki has one when Mayu decides to go after Iroha and Komugi despite their warnings, especially since this time she can't help Mayu as Nyammy.
• Refusal of the Call: When Komugi suggests Mayu should also become a Precure, Mayu refuses, since she is content with being their friend for now.
• Sick Episode: Yuki is taken to the Friendy vet due to Mayu finding her ill. Youko's examination states that she is only tired, which presumably happened due to Yuki going out as Nyammy at night.
• That Was Not a Dream: When Mayu is awoken by the rooster Garugaru, she hears Komugi talking in dog form and wonders if she's dreaming; Iroha and Komugi not only fail to convince her that it's a dream, but end up totally blowing the masquerade.
