Btw with the Steam Deck being of thing and making Steam so popular in Japan that Nintendo had to DMCA Garry's mod content. Do you think we'll finally get to see the PC gaming side represented in the next game? (Peashy doesn't count)

Depends if they want to do anything more with the PC continent setup. If Sisters vs Sisters is any indication, they might be willing to try new characters, at any rate.

I mean, Peashy never counted since she represents the TurboGrafx (known as PC Engine in Japan), unless that's what you meant?

But yeah, seeing more stuff representing PC gaming in the next game could be interesting

Me when I learned that we are getting Switch ports of the remake versions of the first three Neptunia games the same week as Thousand Year Door:

Tbh the English scriptwriters could've just changed Peashy's name to Turbo (or Turba?) because at least people would stop mistaking her as an Anthropomorphic Personification of PC gaming, rather than an obscure console that didn't do so well outside Japan. That, and me being both discomforted and perplexed at Yellow Heart's design.

Yeah. Plus it doesn't make sense if you put it in a real life context: the CPUs breast sizes are represented through the consoles processing power, or MHz. The higher the processor is, the bigger the CPU's breasts are. With Peashy, her console's processor is a whopping 7.6 (for the original PC Engine), and a 7.16 for the TurboGrafx-16. Compare that to the OG Xbox, the console Ultra Vert represents, which has 733 MHz.

Even going by the dimensions of the console (14 cm × 14 cm × 3.8 cm, or 5.5 in × 5.5 in × 1.5 in), it's still beaten out by the much bigger PlayStation^note 63.5 mm × 275 mm × 190 mm/2.5 in × 10.75 in × 7.5 in, Xbox^note 320 mm × 100 mm × 260 mm/12.5 in × 4 in × 10.5 in, Sega Genesis^note 57.2 mm × 278.1 mm × 214.6 mm/2.25 in ×, 10.95 in × 8.45 in, the NES^note 88.9 mm × 256 mm × 203.2 mm/3.5 in × 10.1 in × 8 in, and even the 7th Gen PS3^note 98 mm × 325 mm × 275 mm/3.8 in × 12.8 in × 10.8 in, Xbox 360^note 31 cm × 8 cm × 26.8 cm/12.2 in × 3.1 in × 10.6 in, and Wii^note 157 mm × 44 mm × 215.4 mm/6.18 in × 1.73 in × 8.48 in.

So, here’s a thought:

Everytime I hear about how Sony and Xbox screw up and do something bad or dumb, I tend to imagine how it affects Noire, Uni, and Vert in Gamindustri.

EDIT: the only reason why Blanc wouldn’t be too affected by Nintendo’s screw ups is because Nintendo has fans that will defend them to the end of time.

The idiot ball followed by share divestment would be my guess (expect for Blanc's case for aforementioned reasons)

However it would be in line for Lowee in general to be the most trigger happy and overzealous with combating piracy nautical and otherwise both due to in game lore (reminder that Arfoire is a very relevant foe as the personification of piracy and the Big Bad for at least the first two games) and as a reflection of Nintendo's stint of IP protectionism for lack of a better term.

Oh definitely their shares would decline.

Though I’m also imagining Noire and Vert not being happy at this happening.

I’m getting a bit antsy at the fact that Switch eShop pages for the Re;Birth trilogy aren’t up yet.

So I'm watching a playthrough of Game Maker (since I don't have it atm). Let me just say: it answered the question of "do scalpers exist in the Neptunia universe?" and the answer is a resounding yes.
