Ah! Right, that's her name.
Oh boy, does Goku piss her off by crying? NGL, when I heard THAT"S why he was screaming KAKAROT over and over in Xenoverse, I legit thought that was a joke. I had to double check to make sure I wasn't being fooled.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Frieza is at least to his credit open That he's a bastard. The emperor of evil and all. So he can be rather subtle when he wants to br when it comes to playing with people's emotions.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Frost really feels like a waste
Forever liveblogging the AvengersBoth Frost and Kale show up in the Tournament of Power. A LOT of people do, so I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
I don't even know why they made Frost evil when we'd had Frieza just one arc earlier.
That's a really strange decision that arguably misses the point of an Alternate Universe (namely seeing Not as You Know Them versions of familiar characters).
One Strip! One Strip! This arc has cool stuff in it, but I still am really annoyed at it sidelining Buu and especially Piccolo. Let Piccolo cook!
Man, the way they treat Buu in this.
Like, it's clear that nobody, (Toriyama included, rest his soul) knew what to do with Buu.
One Strip! One Strip! The writers even had the PERFECT way to get around Buu being able to regenerate from a single cell, ring out.
Plus he's a weird fighter with magic, there's a lot you can do with that kind of character. But they quickly go back to Goku and Vegeta who are pretty straightforward fighters. I liked how Piccolo got to use his brains and Namekian abilities to fight Frost but then he gets sidelined so Vegeta can fight and presumably get jobbed after he has his moment with Cabba.
No wonder Super hero is so popular among fans. It focuses on the other characters like Piccolo and Gohan.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I think the reason they kept sidelining Buu is because he's kind of overpowered. Like, he has the infinite power of the androids, the near-immortal durability of Frieza (probably even moreso), and is pretty much made out of pure magic. Honestly, if Buu had stayed in both tournaments, he probably would've steamrolled everyone who wasn't God-tier.
Still sucks that the only way to sideline him was make him sleep all the time.
Majin Buu? More like BROKEN Buu, Am I Rite!?
also he's got heals which are pretty rare in the verse
Secret SignatureThat is true.
And lets not forget the damned Candy Beam, which only one character has ever resisted.
Simply put, you either have every enemy No-Sell everything Buu does, or you make sure he never gets a chance to fight, or you have little tension.
That still doesn't make it something I enjoy.
One Strip! One Strip! Then make an opponent someone that Buu would have trouble with but still win. Maybe they can resist the candy beam or have a move that hurts Buu.
I mean shit, they have a ring out rule to get around Buu being invincible.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I mean, if they'd used that, Buu would have been ringed out in the funniest/dumbest way possible.
Like being tricked into attacking an enemy who's right at the edge or something.
I think Toriyama just either wasn't good, or didn't much care for writing fights that weren't straight-forward.
Look how often someone has an extra power, but they essentially rely on it because they don't have enough strength to fight Goku or the heroes straight on. And as soon as that power stops working, they get stomped.
There are some exceptions (one of whom you'll meet soon enough in this tournament), but the most powerful ability in DB has always been the ability to punch harder than the other guy.
One Strip! One Strip! That last part is why I'm annoyed at how Piccolo vs Frost ended because it was a damn good fight while it lasted.
Piccolo gets to show his brains and variety of abilities to beat the supposedly superior in power Frost.(Superior at least according to supposed good friend Goku.) Charging up the special beam canon and using all sorts of strategies to buy time like illusions, dodging, and using his stretchy arm to keep Frost right where he wants him to then use the special beam cannon.
All that is down the drain to show how tough Vegeta is by beating Frost in one punch.
I mean, I'm still enjoying the arc so far, but damn it, Piccolo was so cool and then he got wasted.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. And for some reason Piccolo doesn't get re-inserted like Goku did after its revealed Frost cheated. Just some weird "No, Piccolo, let me kick his ass!"
..Okay, Vegeta, but Piccolo should still be re-inserted in the tournament, no?
Officially Piccolo was allowed back in but Vegeta told him to forfeit.
Sure, but Goku got to come back in even though it wasn't specifically against Frost.
Yeah that part also annoyed me. Piccolo could have totally defeated Frost or at least fight someone else fairly, but Vegeta needed that spotlight.
Really can't wait to watch Super Hero after all this.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.AFAIR Frost in the manga was more subtle, while still being a self-serving asshole behind the façade of phylanthropy.
Toei can't do subtle I swear.
Piccolo is just too big a fan of Vegeta to go against him. His biggest fan, in fact.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersYou inaccurately shill for Vegeta ONCE and the internet won’t let you forget it.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. It happened at least twice. Twice is a pattern.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersOh yeah? What’s the other example besides “Vegeta was never one to misjudge his opponent’s strength”?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.
Yes, but we call her Kale.
