FU Nimation hasn't realized Spice and Wolf on television with the exception of their non-basic cable channel. Who knows? Maybe they'll realize Season 2 on their channel in 2012?

Season 2 pseudo spoilers: Season 2 had a bit of a non ending, so I expect there will be a continuation.
Well, the novels continued afterwards, but that's far from a guarantee, really.

I'm just thinking that Season 1 was more...closed? What's the word? Conclusive? Anyway, it was more that and they still continued it.

Season 1 did seem to have more of an ending than Season 2. Season 1 was more along the lines of And the Adventure Continues whereas Season 2 seemed more like the end of an episode than the end of a season.

Maybe because the first books that were used for the first season were more self contained then the ones used for the second season? I don't know, I've only read the first.
Either way, if we still haven't heard anything of it, then you can probably better forget about the whole thing. No matter how awesome the series is, the hype around it has died down long ago, and no one will produce it it won't guarantee a profit.

I did a bit of digging around Kadokawa's site with the help of Google Chrome (really, that's the only reason I use it) and... found nothing. Really, I couldn't find a thing about upcoming releases. Does anyone know if Spice And Wolf is televised in Japan? If it does, is there any way to find out what station it comes on?

It's a great, great show. But for some reason it bores me a little. Maybe I'm too used to watch anime with my reptilian brain, and I admire the series greatly, but even so, I can't bring myself to rewatch it, and sometimes watching it felt like a chore.
