I tried including references to this by giving the pokemon a big shaggy coat like a lion's mane and making the black ear parts stick out like the weird hairs on a marmoset's head.
I also gave it a crown-like bit of hair on its head because Pekingese dogs were popular with royals, and also cuz lions are the "kings" of the jungle.
A pokemon based on a metaphor or idiom.

Frozzled (Frost + Frazzled) is based off of methane ice and vaguely Fire Punch.
"A body made up entirely made of frozen gas, it seeks out ways that it can successfully ignite itself, usually by analyzing when and where lightning will strike. Proceeding to travel to the designated area, they bring sticks, leaves, and other flammable objects it can use to make sure the fire is big enough so their friends can join in on the fun."
For the next prompt, a Pokemon that is the equivalent of a nepo baby. These creatures have unlikable or even actively malicious personalities but still has humans wrapped under their finger, whether it be by looks, personality, or because someone made a misinformative movie about them. The preservation of these species either overshadow actual animals that do more for the environment, or even are actively invasive species.

This Pokemon is almost entirely made of ink. The nib at the end of its tail is its primary weapon.

Carridger, the Taxi Badger Pokemon. Steel/Normal. This gentle giant will happily give rides to people or even other Pokemon in its cab, which looks surprisingly similar to a real taxi. After each ride, the Carridger will expect the rider to pay "fare." It usually prefers to be paid in food such as berries, but if you don't have anything to give it, it will also accept headpats and scratches.
I was originally just going to do a typical sentient cartoon car, but then I decided I wanted to do something more like Cyclizar, or the Catbus from My Neighbor Totoro, and make an animal/vehicle hybrid. I chose a European badger because of a meme I saw once comparing European and American badgers. It said that European badgers look very polite and friendly, which I think fits the spirit of England very well.

Name is a combination of Harlequin and Schadenfreude, wanted to make it more rabbit like. There are two forms, Joyful and Sorrow.

Vedettius. Though its appearance may not work well on land, it could drag itself very slowly, but is surprisingly seaworthy and is a Mighty Glacier. It can drag and stab its opponents using its anchor. Steel/Water.

I’ll post what I made after it’s fixed.
